Ideas that work well
- Online giving: link to your giving page so people can give from their seat.
- Connection or visitor card: link to a short online form instead of paper cards.
- Guest Wi-Fi: a Wi-Fi QR code in the lobby so guests join without asking.
- Event and volunteer sign-ups: link to the sign-up form for this month's event.
- Sermon notes or the livestream: link to your notes page, YouTube channel or app.
- Prayer requests: link to a simple form.
Tips
- Add a short label under the code with the Frame tab, like "Give online" or "Join our Wi-Fi", so people know what it does.
- For bulletins, print the code at least 2.5 cm (1 inch) wide. For the screen, make it big and leave it up for 15 seconds or more.
- Test it with two different phones before printing a few hundred copies.
Same code, new event every week
If the link changes every week (a new sign-up form, a new sermon), an editable code lets you print one code on the welcome sign and just change where it goes. Free codes are perfect for things that don't change, like your giving page or Wi-Fi.
