QR code for your menu

Let customers open your menu on their phone. Here's how to set it up in a few minutes.

Make a menu QR code →

1. Put your menu online

A QR code needs a link to open. Good options:

Open the link on your own phone first. If it's hard to read there, it will be hard for customers too.

2. Make the code

Paste your menu link, pick your colors, add your logo if you like, and download it. Adding a frame with the words "Scan for menu" helps people know what it's for.

3. Print it the right size

For table tents and stickers on tables, make the code at least 3 cm (about 1.2 inches) wide. For a sign on the wall or window, go bigger: about 1/10 of the distance people will scan from. See our QR code size guide.

Will your menu change?

If your menu link stays the same, a free code is all you need. If you'll switch to a different PDF or page, use an editable code so you can change it without reprinting every table.

Questions

Can I link a QR code to a PDF menu?

Yes. Upload the PDF somewhere public, like Google Drive with "anyone with the link" access, and use that link.

Do I need a new code when my menu changes?

Not if your new menu uses the same link. If the link changes, either make a new free code or use an editable code you can update.

What should I write next to the code?

Something short like "Scan for menu". Use the Frame tab to add it right under the code.
