Bulk QR code generator: make many codes from a spreadsheet

Need a code for every table, product, flyer, or location? Paste your list once and get a separate editable QR code for each row, with its own scan count.

How it works

  1. Put your list in a spreadsheet with two columns: a name (only you see it) and the link the code should open. Agency accounts can add a third column: the client.
  2. Copy the rows and paste them into Make many at once in your account.
  3. Every row becomes its own editable code. Download them one by one, or download the whole list as a CSV with each code's short link.

Example list:

Table 1, example.com/menu?table=1
Table 2, example.com/menu?table=2
Front window, example.com/specials

Why separate codes instead of one?

Questions

Can I make QR codes in bulk from Excel?

Yes. Copy two columns from Excel or Google Sheets (name and link) and paste them into your account. Each row becomes its own editable code.

How many codes can I make at once?

As many as your plan has room for: up to 100 on Business and up to 1,000 on Agency.

Does each code track its own scans?

Yes. Every code has its own scan count and a daily chart, and the CSV download includes scans for each one.

Can I change a link later?

Yes. Each code is editable on its own, any time, without reprinting.
