What the report shows
- Scans in the last 7 days, last 30 days and all time.
- A chart of scans per day for the last 30 days.
- Every code for that client: name, where it goes, scans and when it was last scanned.
- A download as spreadsheet button for clients who like Excel.
The page shows your business name at the top, never ScanSpot's, and refreshes itself every few minutes.
How to send one
- Put the client's codes in their folder (or pick a client name when you make codes).
- Open that client in your account and press Share live report. The link is copied.
- Send it to your client once. They can check it any time.
Want to stop sharing? Make a new link and the old one stops working right away.
What we count
Each time someone opens a code, we count one scan for that day. We don't collect anything about the people who scan: no names, no locations, no cookies.
